Another great performance in TCR Eastern Europe

Two fourth places for Martin Kadlečík, points for Radim Adámek, a great recovery race and also start from the pole position - all this brought the second appearance in TCR Eastern Europe, which took place at the Slovakia Ring.

In qualifying, we proved that we will be aiming for high positions in the results. Martin Kadlečík set a time of 2:10,974, which meant he will start from the third position on the grid. Member of the ESET RaceStar programme for talented drivers managed to set a better time than one of the biggest title contenders, Attila Bucsi.

Unfortunately, his hopes for the second podium of the year disappeared right after the start. Due to technical issues, he was not able to start properly and dropped to the last place. Nevertheless, he didn't give up and started his big pursuit. He managed to overtake ten drivers and was classified fourth.

Martin repeated the same result in the second race on Sunday, which meant he scored twenty seven points at the Slovakia Ring and became the third most successful driver of the weekend. Only the two main title contenders, Maťo Homola and Attila Bucsi, scored more points. Thanks to that, Martin got back to fourth place in the overall standings.

Team boss Radim Adámek also could be satisfied, making his first appearance in TCR Eastern Europe this year. He scored points in each race, finishing eighth and ninth. Thanks to the reverse grid of nine drivers, he started from pole position on Sunday, which was a special moment for him.

During the ESET Cup Endurance race we also wanted to present our new Porsche 992 GT3 Cup at the Slovakia Ring. It was supposed to be driven by Radim Adámek and Miro Horňák. After a crash in the free practice, we had to retire from the ESET Cup weekend, though.
